So I may have stumbled upon a delicious, nutritious meal

1 can light tuna, drained
2 eggs, large, scrambled
1 can beans, black, drained
1 can mushrooms, with stems, cut, drained

approx. 15g fat, 24g carbs, 26g protein.

scramble eggs, add drained tuna, mushrooms, and beans, mix thoroughly. Season as desired. Nom when finished.
